Click on
Tools menu and select Options.. entry from th drop down menu.
In the window that opens. click on the Manage Add-ons... button.
A window will open showing the Add-on Extensions. For any entries
containing the word Java, click on those entries and be sure they
indicate that they are enabled as indicated by having a Disable
button showing. If they show an Enable button showing, click on
it to enable this Add-on.
If, however, there are no
Java entries showing, click on the Plugins icon to display a
list of available Plugins. Once again look for any entries that contain
the word Java. Click on each of those entries. As before, if they
show a Disable button, they are enabled and are OK. If they show
an Enable button, click on it to enable this Plugin. When done,
click on the Extensions icon to verify that the Java
entries are enabled as above.
Close the Add-ons window
by clicking on the red X in the upper right hand corner of the
window. Finally, click on the OK button to close the Options
window. You may be asked to restart Firefox to activate these
changes. When you re-open Firefox and access the ILC website, you should
see the menus!
Click on Tools menu and
select Manage Add-ons entry. A window will open showing the
Add-on Extensions. Check the Show: entry halfway down the window
on the left side to be sure it is displaying the All add-ons
option. If not, click on its down arrow to display the list of
options and select the All add-ons option. Next, scroll the main
display table to the Sun Microsystems, Inc. entries. Any entries
under that heading containing the word Java should show a status
of Enabled. If there are entries that show a status of
Disabled, click on that entry. An Enable button should appear
on the lower right area of the window. Click on the Enable button
to activate the Add-on. Once you have enabled all the Java
entries, click on the Close button to complete the process. You
may be asked to restart Internet Explorer to activate these changes.
When you re-open Internet Explorer and access the ILC website, you
should see the menus!
